Howard Rothman
Howard Rothman is a graduate Civil Engineer with extensive experience in residential and commercial construction. The loan program commenced in 1998 and currently boasts 80 million dollars in loans successfully completed by more than 500 successful investors. Thanks to the individualized attention and a genuine concern for their investors welfare, The Rothman Corporation has achieved a success rate which is unsurpassed in the real estate investment industry.
Tim Kelley
Tim Kelley first met Howard Rothman as a borrower. After numerous successful property renovations, Howard recruited Tim to join The Rothman Corporation team. Tim reviews all borrower applications, evaluates all potential rehab properties and oversees the renovation process and the disbursement of escrow funds.
Kerri Schoning
Kerri prepares all loan origination documents, in addition to all accounts receivable and payable and also she oversees all draw/inspection request and escrow disbursements.
Michelle Vail
Michelle is our post closing administrator. She's responsible for recording all security deeds and cancellations and payoff request.
