Howard Rothman Howard Rothman is a graduate Civil Engineer with extensive experience in residential and commercial construction. The loan program commenced in 1998 and currently boasts 80 million dollars in loans successfully completed by more than 500 successful investors. Thanks to the individualized attention and a genuine concern for their investors welfare, The Rothman Corporation has achieved a success rate which is unsurpassed in the real estate investment industry.

Tim Kelley Tim Kelley first met Howard Rothman as a borrower. After numerous successful property renovations, Howard recruited Tim to join The Rothman Corporation team. Tim reviews all borrower applications, evaluates all potential rehab properties and oversees the renovation process and the disbursement of escrow funds.

Joni Patton Joni prepares all loan documents, in addition to all accounts receivable and payable. She oversees all draw/inspection requests and escrow disbursements.

Vivian Bell Vivian oversees all new loan originations, processing and coordinates all loan closings. She's also available to assist all borrowers with their pay offs procedures.

Michelle Vail Michelle is responsible for recording all security deeds and cancellations, prepares all payoffs and loan verification requests.

Desiree Smith Desiree is responsible for managing and maintaining all properties owned by The Rothman Corporation
